It creates a community network over the internet without requiring VPN connection. Community Works allows you to search, catalog, and Organize files and folders so your project group or family members in Home Network can share data and software without having to setup and manage formal networks. It instantly locates key files/programs on any peer machine as long as they are classed as sharable for the group. Establish virtual workgroups dynamically adding new members as needed. It enables versatile workgroups capable of immediate participation in ad hoc team settings. And it eliminates the email log jam of massive text files and binary files typically used today to share information between team members. Save time and resources by not having to "re-invent the wheel" each time a co-worker moves to another job area. It prevents the loss of "Expert Knowledge" that results when a key team member "takes another job" and leaves behind a workstation/lap top with "unknown" filing of key data considered as "expert knowledge" for current projects.
